New Tariff Under Section 122
The Administration issued a proclamation imposing a temporary tariff under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974:

Rate: 10% (currently in the proclamation)

Effective Date: 12:01 a.m. ET on February 24, 2026

Duration: Up to 150 days

Note: A social media announcement referenced a possible increase to 15%, but no formal amendment has been published as now.
De Minimis Policy
There are no changes to the De Minimis Polcy at this time.
Refunds

The Supreme Court decision did not address whether importers may obtain refunds of previously paid IEEPA duties
-
Further guidance is expected from the Court of International Trade and/or CBP

At this time, no refund procedures have been announced
