Lydia brings over 18 years of industry experience to this company. With a deep understanding of logistical procedures, she specializes in efficiently moving goods from their point of origin to their desired destination, both domestically and internationally.

Throughout her extensive career, Lydia has developed a strong expertise in navigating complex logistical challenges and ensuring smooth process for individuals and corporations. She is well-versed in all aspects of the importation process and possesses a thorough understanding of customs regulations and requirements. She is adept at working with a diverse range of clients, catering to the needs of both first-time importers and experienced individuals or corporations. Regardless of the level of experience, she brings a high level of professionalism and dedication to every client interaction.
Lydia is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and is experienced with CBP procedures, laws and regulations, Other Government Agencies (OGA) procedures, Section 301 and Section 232 Tariffs and Exclusions, product classifications, Trade Compliance, Customs Regulations (19CFRs), CTPAT and more. She is proud to be a women and minority small business owner. Lydia is fluent in English and conversational Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.
